Party Planning Maniac!

I love being a Hostess, I will take any excuse to open my home to friends and family. I love details, tasty treats and putting smiles on faces. Now that my onelovebaby is turning 1 years old in two months, I eat, sleep, breathe, and plan her party. My Husband thinks I'm insane and manages to love me for it. I can't help but feel the magnitude of this BBQ. It marks the day my life changed forever, one year of Motherhood on my belt, and one year of life for my beautiful baby.

Her nickname has been "Ladybug" since she was a little bean in my tummy. Naturally we're going with a Ladybug theme. I ordered the most adorable invitations off Etsy. It was so simple and quick. I placed my order last night, she made the invitation (the same day), I uploaded it onto my Costco account and picked them up today. Of course I'll hold onto them for a while, but one thing off my To-Do list.

Here are a few more things that are my inspiration for the big day.

I just created a tutu called the Lady Bug, it would look so cute on your munchkin for her birthday! I will be revealing it tomorrow on my blog (because I haven't yet taken a pic of it) :)...

I LOVE LADYBUGS and these are too cute!!

Last summer, I thought it would be cool to get my boys little bags of ladybugs, sold at the garden shop, to let loose on my rose bushes which had just been infested with aphids. They thought it would be great to let the ladybugs crawl all over them...until they did. Apparently, it didn't feel so...nice to have all of these bugs crawling all over them, in their hair and whatnot. ;) LOL

That is awesome! Too funny - I actually just did a blog post about my little boy's (yes, boy's) obsession with ladybugs! Tracy over at Crazy Town alerted me about your post:)
